In my experience as a teacher I always first have to understand the students, if she/he is a slow learner or first learner. With mathematics it's all about the attitude. My teaching style is based on student centred. Involving a student during the lesson. Use of more examples and majoring on those examples which relate to real life situations. Giving more assignments based on the students understanding. I teach math with a lot of passion and love. For the past 2 years that I have been teaching students love the method I use to teach them. They always enjoy the lessons because am result oriented teacher
