Going deep in explaining the points with examples asking questions and making students ask and participate fully in classroom. I give regular homework to students and check them thoroughly and I give them really strict checking regarding grades. So that they may polish their efforts under strict criteria of being a student.
I do encourage them for doing practice again and again. I always prefer to arrange group as well as individual based discussion sessions. This helps in bringing up the speaking ability in my students. I hope all for you people.
