I apply the strategies of 21st century learning skills.
My teaching learning session is students oriented and I believe myself as a facilitator rather than being a dictator.
Assessments strategies vary, depending on the topic and duration. I usually conduct quiz or ask diagnostic questions to assess my students at the end of every lesson.
Assignments/homework is mandatory but it should not burdenise the learner.
Before starting any session, its important for me to recall what is discussed earlier.
Punctuality and trust are the key factors for me, to make any teacher-student relationship healthy.
