I follow the facilitator style of teaching, I actively interact with my students, I use multimedia presentations, demonstrations to explain the topic, I follow the objective based teaching. I hold high expectations with my students. I present content to students in a meaningful way for their understanding. Monitor students' learning by utilizing pre- and post-assessments, providing timely and informative feedback, and re teaching material to students who did not achieve mastery. I Demonstrate effectiveness with the full range of student abilities, regardless of the academic diversity of the students. Teaching is meant to be a very enjoyable and rewarding career for me .I can teach very complex topics in a very simple way. I meet the special needs of each individual student, develop cooperative projects or work on specific tasks. I allow students to acquire key knowledge and skills through the development of projects that respond to real-life problems.

Matlab work (15 March 2021) - helping in writing report techniques (12 August 2021)

I was having trouble with my Matlab code, Ms Anshu provided big help in my Matlab work, she helped me in this process step by step, she is so patient, very quick response, and did great work. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much once again

12 August 2021: I had to work on a report in one of the engineering subject, as my English is not my first language, I found some difficulties in the writing process such as grammar and using the right word in writing (using scientific and engineering words). I really appreciate her willingness to help me out in my report writing techniques, and It was very helpful as she has the experience with engineering research projects. Thank you very much for assisting me in this work

Best MATLAB work

Anshu did a great job in matlab project. In fact she delivered work before the deadline which is awesome. I would simply say that she is best at what she does.
