I am a Ugandan holder of Master in Chemistry Education degree. I taught middle and high school Chemistry for several years, over 3 years online and seven years as National Chemistry Examiner. I have been registering an annual average turnover of half of my students passing in the first top quarter. I am double certified in online teaching which I have done for 2 years running. I am conversant with UCE, UACE, IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE syllabi and digital LMS software like zoom and Power Point for remote teaching. I am patient and passionate on time management. I am used to handling varied learning abilities through learner-centered approaches in multi cultural setting for effective remote teaching. I value regular feedback to parents with whom students' progress is discussed for remedials where necessary. I am convinced that my qualifications together with my experience, both in class and online would make me a good fit for an online tutor job for chemistry with your organization.
