Specialized in Hydrology, Hydrological modeling and Groundwater modeling, Hydroelectric stations, Multi-Reservoir modeling. Strong in Matlab, Stochastic applications and Machine-learning and Deep-learning applications.
During my Diploma in Civil Engineering I focused my studies in hydraulics and water resources management with emphasis on probabilistic design and stochastic hydrology. Also implemented these skills in Renewable Energy Sources related projects with emphasis on hydropower and wind energy. A brief overview of this work is presented in my first scientific publication: "A stochastic simulation framework for representing water, energy and financial fluxes across a non-connected island"
The next step was TU Delft in an attempt to deepen my knowledge in hydrological and groundwater modelling. Throughout my M.Sc. studies I gave a lot of emphasis in data analysis applications, conceptual learning of hydrology and water resources management, while enhancing my skills in python programming. My graduation project was about Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications on hydrology and water resources management, with emphasis on dealing with Big Data and the intrisic uncertainty related to natural phenomena. While studying in the Netherlands I was also a futsal player for the first team of TU Delft.
Thoughout my academic carrer I made three scientific publications in major journals. My teaching style focuses on conceptual learning with emphasis on programming in Jupyter Notebooks providing PERSONALISED MATERIAL for each case.

Highly skilled tutor
It has really been a pleasure to learn from Panagiotis, his knowledge about hydrology and programming combined in a perfect way helping me to understand complicated Phyton concepts in a simple way, during his collaboration he produced a python script in a flood compensation project, and using the available information, through machine learning concepts, he helped me to get the results I needed automatically and in simple language, this optimized my time in an invaluable way. Awesome experience
I am currently taking my first engineering course as a graduate student, and Mr. Panagiotis was able to help me throughout the course. He helped me with assignments, projects and exams. He will help you understand the subject so you can be successful in your career and will also help you with homework in case you need help. Excellent Teacher // Coach
One of the best teachers i ever had! He provides a great mix on listening , speaking and practical teaching. He introduced me to Python and helped me for my pre-first job seminars. His method is a 5 star thing . Understandable , clear and brings motivation on the table.

The teacher you never had but always dreamt of having
Tutoring by Panagiotis is a real blessing. Overall
I sent a question to check Panagiotis abilities to solve Hydropower question. He got back to me with close answers on Excel without reading/having the book. He's the type of person you can rely on and Friendly.
Make sure you give him your book/notes in advance so he can be ready to explain them right! Looking forward to dealing with him again and see if I can upgrade this rating.

Best tutor
Honestly, throughout this whole process what I found was just me looking really hard for things that could maybe be added or improved, but this tutorial is amazing! You do a wonderful job of explaining and teaching Python in a way that people like me, a complete novice, could really grasp.The flow of the lessons works perfectly throughout. The exercises truly helped along the way and you feel very accomplished when you finish up the course. I think you have a gift for making Python seem more attainable to people outside the programming world. This is something I never thought I would be doing or learning and with a little push from you I am learning it and I can see that it will be nothing but beneficial to me in the future!

The best option for python and hydrology
It was a great experience learning python and hydrology from a trainer who is very friendly and gives an opportunity to every trainee to learn and enjoy the session. The course was completed with best examples that could be provided.

Fast and high quality help
I needed help with an algotrihm task I did not understand how to implement in Python and Panagiotis quickly replied me and helped with the task much earlier than the deadline was. He also provided me with a constant feedback and help in case of having any questions regarding the task. I definitely recommend him for Python. Excellent tutor !!!
Panagiotis helped me with my final hydrology assignment that required data analysis and a deep understanding of hydrological models. The assignment was challenging and the deadline was drawing near so I didn't know if he could meet my requirements. Nevertheless, Panagiotis managed to exceed my expectations since he not only completed the assignment on time but also helped me understand the concepts required.
