I have 2and half years of working experience as an assistant professor in higher education institutions. I'm passionate about teaching and motivating students to enhance their language skills. I give assignments in the form of tasks to improve student's language skills and subject knowledge. I conduct tests to make students more competent in their areas of study. I use ppt for handling classes to students. As I begin to take class I analyses the language level of students and will try my level best to cater to their taste and improve their communicative skills.
