Concept based learning is preferred.
I regard mathematics as a cumulative discipline that's why I teach it step by step so that students can build their own understanding of the subject and Excel in it.

I am also doing my research based on mathematical teaching techniques to reduce the Maths phobia which is a psychological term which explains how environment can effect student's altitude towards mathematics.

Being a student and teacher of mathematics, I know what difficulties students face when it comes to the learning of mathematics and hence can tackle with such factors effectively.
