A great teacher never underestimate any student.
There are no weak students only slow learnes. Many students have ability to learn fast but some have slow speed . It does not means slow learners are less efficient than others.

Teaching Methodology:
I keep all students same. I don't move ahead untill every student have full got the point.

Teaching Style:
I make all students capable of concept building, also make them efficient in self writing. In content of Science Subjects I first make strong concept about any topic and then solve related problems accordingly.
And along with course I also take their little time to have a look at their Islamic and social responsibilities.

Results:
I take tests properly, sometimes surprise tests. But I tell the course of test to students before tests so that they can prepare their selves very efficiently.
And then according to results I make the further stragedies about studies .
