Motivate children,teach hindi in hindi language so that they can learn to speak hindi.help them to learn. Make good relationship with children. Support them to understand their subject.try to understand their problems in studies and try to solve that so that they can easily learn .bring interest in my subject.i try to help them to read hindi and make understand the meaning. And speak in hindi and teach how to pronounce and write properly .by this reading writing speaking and learning four activity at a time .this makes me a great teacher.
