By about 20 years of teaching experience I try to understand strengths and weaknesses of learners,I always try to clear the concepts, focus is on joyful learning, I assist students to learn self study method through good interaction skill.I also ask students their doubts, views.I help them to complete their HW,if they have doubts.
As I have studied Psychology,I always try to motivate the learner, guide the students by sharing stories, different examples in our society,I try to guide students how to focus, how to concentrate.How to try again and again even after failure .I have good counseling skills.
*As I am a Writer I help them to write Essays, emails,stories etc.(Hindi,English,Marathi Essays and writing skills)
