I am very pleased and interested to impart my knowledge using my degree – Bachelor of Elementary Education in combination with my specialization in Early Childhood Education, Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management and currently enrolled under the program of Doctor of Philosophy in Education with the specialization of Educational Management. As a highly motivated and dedicated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, I would like to share my expertise with you.

During my college studies. I was working as a substitute teacher, thereby meeting the mandatory college requirements of practice teaching. In addition, I was working as a volunteer officer of the Rotary International Club and as a facilitator in various private schools. I worked with many learners on different education levels which included individual small group work as well as full class teaching. During my work in these different environments, I used a variety of hands-on activities and different teaching strategies which I learned during my college years. I learned to value individuality in order to meet the very special needs of every person, In order to successfully establish relationships with such a variety of every person, I realized the importance of laying trust into the potential of every child which enabled me to apply all throughout my function as a teacher.

Furthermore, I returned from a two-year stay in Germany. There, I was living with a German family during that time. I also learned how to deal with the European culture or way of living and being a part of the curriculum they offered as a language student both in a private and public language school. Travelling to different places in Europe will lead every person to become more knowledgeable in their own ways as John Dewey says "learning by doing".
