My teaching experience is for both adults and young students whose sole objective is to package and share knowledge in a way which is easily understood and appreciated by the students - for this is the purpose of teaching. To achieve teaching objectives, I use various interactive approaches such as demonstration, assignments and discussions while giving attention to individual students' capability so as not to leave any student behind has made knowledge delivery an enjoyable exercise. I realized that by allowing students to interact amongst themselves by attempting to answer own-raised questions helps them comprehend and understand knowledge better. Because of this, class attendance is always above 95% with 100% pass rate. These have made me be appreciated and rated as one of the best teachers in classes that I teach.
