I teach by innovative method like quiz, video, debates etc. Main focus on speaking, reading and writing. Leaning shoud be engaging, I make sure students are able to converse freely. I try to make every concept interesting by introducing creative learning. I make students indulge into real life events. I make students engage in activities for better learning. Regular group discussions help students get a broader view of the topic. Assimilation of learning concepts are not viewed as a burden or pressure but treated as enjoyable approach towards learning. I prefer regular instead of monotonous lectures as it helps students to grasp knowledge and clear doubts.
