Well I have been teaching Mathematics & Statistics in UAE past 19 years. I taught GEMS School in Dubai for 9 years, American college of Dubai, Emirates college and University in Dubai. Teaching NSIT(International School, Toronto, Canada ) also teaching NSRIC Sustainable University Ontario, Toronto Canada (OE) .My teaching area is A level and AS level Mathematics, IB Mathematics, Edexel, AP Calculus, Discrete Structure Mathematics, Business statistics, Business Mathematics, Engineering Mathematics, Quantitative Business Analysis (Methods/Techniques), Linear Algebra, Operations Management, Probability & Statistics, Mathematics for machine learning, Mathematics for artificial intelligence and Mathematics for Data Science etc. I am a PhD scholar (Final stage of completion ) in Mathematics(Operations research) I have published 2 papers in international journal .Focusing on Digital Education
I taught from high school level to university level students. I also taught UAE national students .
I have experience in teaching various curriculum like IB, A-levels, Indian, British, American and Canadian (Ontario) curriculum. My philosophy of teaching is simple as it is students oriented and more interactive.
Teaching is my passion. I guide and mentor students . I organized MATH FUN activity into my teaching so that students who perform below the level of expectation can benefit from it.
I incorporate technology into my teaching and learning process so that students will get better experience . I do conduct assessment often .I teach easy way to understand the concept also give important tips to learn mathematics and applied in real life situation. I make sure my students would be confident to appear exams and do well. From past experience I am proud to say that all my students brought excellent result in my area of teaching. I guide my students to choose professional courses in their future career also supporting my students to upskilling . Constant monitoring the students for their continuous learning and the need of hour is attaining mastery over Mathematics, Statistics & Probability as these subjects will take the students to Data Science and artificial intelligence .

Amazing Teacher !

Dr. Alias Kurian has been an amazing professor who not only helped me understand the concepts by relating Mathematics to real life situations but also made me independent to work out the problems and reach the correct answer.
I give full credit to him for my current in the class of top 5%
He is the best professor for courses like Engineering mathematics, Business, Statistics, Calculus, Linear algebra also for Discrete Mathematics. Thank you professor for being there for me.
