My name is Joanna Adamkiewicz and I am a qualified teacher of mathematics.

I have been teaching mathematics as secondary and A-level for 12years. I studied Mathematics at University of Szczecin in Poland and I completed my PGCE at Middlesex University.

I am currently working at one of the Girls School in Kensington Olimpia.

I love what I do and I want my students to be reflective, resilient and determined learners. I have a real passion for being a mathematics teacher and being in the classroom. I relish the fact that my students enjoy my lessons and want to learn mathematics.

Professionally, I am interested in High- Performance Mindset and Problem Solving programs and developing my skills around MAT and STEP preparation courses.

I love a quality time with my family and friends, music, travel, sports and art. In my free time, I enjoy my boxing sessions, yoga, tennis, squash and snowboarding.

I am also a big fashion fan therefore I do a bit of sewing and knitting!
