I am a Chartered Accountant and Certified Investment Banker with 25 years into teaching and industry experience.

I do not believe in "one size fit all" approach in teaching as it is important to understand individual student requirement and teach them in engaging manner with practical examples and case studies which can help in understanding the concepts and their practical application along with sufficient practice required to master the subject and achieve success in the exams.

I am passionate about teaching and have taught students from diverse education backgrounds and countries from under graduate (NIOS, CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE), graduate and professional courses like MBA, ACCA, CFA and Chartered Accountancy.

I believe we are all learners and as a teacher, it is my endeavor to help students in following aspects:

practical and worthwhile!

Shailendra Sir’s method of teaching is truly amazing. Classes with Sir have been really worthwhile! The best part is that he always tries to relate the sums with real life scenarios and this has really helped me to understand and recollect the concepts better.

Sir clears all my doubts and does not proceed further unless I am completely thorough with the previous topic. He even makes me explain the topic to him after teaching and this motivates me a lot! He enables me to think outside the box, from a practical point of view rather than sticking to bookish knowledge alone. This makes the class super fun and interesting! He puts a lot of effort into making the perfect study material for the students – one which is clear, concise and self-explanatory.

I am learning property management related finance from Shailendra Sood for the past two months, course is about to get over and I thought I should leave a review for him. He is a true professional, his approach helped me understand basics of finance. He create PPT's for all the lessons and it help us go through and review the chapters easily. Simple and well structured learning
