With 18 years of extensive experience in the field of education, I currently serve as the Head of the Urdu Department at Army Public School and College, and as a visiting lecturer at Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB). My career journey began at a grassroots level, where I honed my skills and deepened my passion for Urdu language and literature. Over the years, I have progressively taken on more significant roles, leading to my current positions in multiple esteemed institutions.As the Head of the Urdu Department, I lead a dedicated team of educators, manage curriculum development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education. My focus is on fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and holistic development among students. I take pride in nurturing a deep appreciation for Urdu language and literature, encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
In my role as a visiting lecturer at IUB, I engage with a diverse academic community, sharing my expertise and passion for Urdu studies. This position allows me to contribute to the intellectual growth of university students and stay connected with the latest academic trends and research in the field. My lectures are designed to inspire students, broadening their understanding and appreciation of Urdu literature.I am also proud of my collaborative efforts with staff members, ensuring functional arrangements that promote effective teaching and learning. My approach to teamwork emphasizes open communication, mutual respect, and shared goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. By leveraging the diverse strengths of my colleagues, we achieve our common objective of providing the best possible education to our students.In addition to my teaching and administrative duties, I have actively participated in and promoted debate societies. Under my guidance, these societies have flourished, offering students opportunities to develop their critical thinking, public speaking, and argumentation skills. Our debate teams have achieved remarkable success in various competitions, reflecting the high quality and dedication of our program.
My dedication to excellence in education was recognized during my tenure at Dominican Convent School and College, where I was honored with the Best Teacher Award.

    I am taking visiting lectures at Islamia University Bahawalpur where I teach the students of BSc level.
    I organize debates and other curriculum societies and I'm also responsible for function arrangements of Urdu and Iqbal Studies department.
  • Lecturer (Aug, 2021–Present) at (1Army public school and college Bhawalpur
    I am the Head of Urdu Department in Army Public School and College where I am responsible for staff management and curriculum development. I have my master's degree and MPhil degree in Urdu and Iqbal studies .
    I have an extensive experience in teaching Urdu and related subjects. I monitor and support the academic progress of students studying Urdu as well as I provide teaching trainings to staff members .
    I am also a lecturer of different classes from secondary to post-secondary level.
    I collaborate with parents and guardians to support student learning and development .
