Harshika Patki - Artist
A lawyer by training and an artist at heart . I am also a watercolour artist. My students are my friends. Slowly values of discipline and regularity need to be taught with care. A whole lot of concentration and hard work goes into making of any artist. Riyaz (daily practice) has to be a way of life. All this has to be taught while keeping the student happy and still interested in music! We very happily share drawings, poetry etc at the end of each music class. That sort of a rapport brings the best out of both the teacher and the student. So like in a painting I have to let the colours flow and help the student bring out the best in him / her. Music is art . please interospect and do what you think you are best at and have a blast each day in pursuing that. The journey together is also a great return. We express gratitude towards universe that we spent a great hour after each session.
