I am an experienced English and mathematics teacher. I graduated from college in the year 2016 I have had opportunity to work with excellent schools in the country both local and international. I have 4 years of experience.
I treat my students with a lot of diligence and respect. I owner there opinion where neccessary, I ensure I use a friendly tone and methodology.
During my line of duty, I use a number of teacher/student methodology e.g
1. Questions/answer methodology
2. Use of electronic/digital methodology i.e use of laptop and phones.
3. Flash cards.
I also ensure my students are upto to date with current syllabus. I give remedials whenever one fails to understand.
I give my students a number of breaks for refreshments and meditation. I also offer learner to learner monitoring just in case one didn't get what we had discussed in a class level.
Before starting on another lesson, I ensure we do a recap on the previous topics just to brainstorm on what learnt.
I evaluate my learner's weekly by giving a cat and end of a month an exam.
We mark and revisions where neccessary.
