I will make the complex things simpler for my students. I will explore all the possibilities so that student is able to understand all the concepts. I usually use a mix blend of online tools (Zoom/Google meet) and real white board for subjects like mathematics and physics. Regular discussions are done with the students about the worksheets of the course during th class. Extra worksheets are discussed for weak students and even extra inputs are also planned for such students. Special tricks or strategies are used for improving the performance of the students. This may vary based on the level of each individual. As a personal tutor, I am successful in shaping the career of many students.
