I am a seasoned teacher with strong, written and oral communication skills coupled with excellent student management skill. As a teacher, I believe that there is no child that cannot learn anything, except when the child is unwilling to. To this end, I deploy different resources: video, visually appealing charts, attractively prepared power point slides and PDF materials to engage my students. With this, I have a track record of students achieving hugely successful results in terms of A*, A and Bs recorded by over 90% in their external examinations . Added to this, is a warmth of understanding I display in dealing with students who are unwilling as I engage parents and other stakeholders in my bid to understand why the child is struggling in my subject. I build a relationship based on trust and mutual respect while not forgetting to be firm and fair even whilst being friendly with my students. For every struggling student, my driving passion is how I can be of help using my experience and resourcefulness.
