When it comes to effective teaching, strong communication skills are a must. Communication skills doesn't just mean speaking, It has another important part which is listening to students.
I'm always been a bright student throughout my student life. I've been teaching for the last 3 years. I've been teaching in highly competent schools as well as in home based academies. Always focused on student's learing styles and used required methods accordingly. I believe that all students are not meant to be taught the same way. Every mind is different, so is learning capacity. I try to change my teaching style and techniques according to student's needs and subjects.
I'm a keen observer and always ambitious to learn more and more. I'm always ready to help my students. During my teaching job,I Iearned different techniques to make students learn with more interest. By trying several interesting methods i.e. Visual aids, quizzes, ineractive ways, they are able to complete their tasks.
As far as professional experience is concerned, I've gained a lot of experience during Rafhan Maize internship period. There we performed different tests i.e. Water analysis, Corn refining process, Liquid glucose tests, Starch tests, Corn oil tests, By product analysis, Raw material inspection, Microbiological tests, Research and development tests and projects.
