Hi, l'm Ratheesh from Kerala,India. l've been in the field of yoga since 2015. After completing my basic course in yoga, I did Diploma in Yoga from Annamalai university. After that l started teaching beginner students. As I was keen to learn more,I completed 300 hrs TTC approved by Yoga Alliance International. I got the opportunity to teach students from india as well as abroad. Since I wished to explore in depth about yoga and take my teaching career to the next leval, I did 500 hrs US Yoga Alliance TTC. I've been teaching Basic,Intermediate and Advanced courses, Meditation classes, Teacher training course in Yoga and some specialized courses like Yoga for Senior citizens, Yoga Therapy for various physiological and psychological disorders and Yoga for Kids. In addition to the regular classes, l'm doing online classes and in-person classes(home classes). In my group classes,individual attention is given to every student and special practice sequence is given to each of them based on their requirements,condition etc. Currently I'm running a Yoga institution and learning more about Advanced yoga therapy.

I'm always focused on meeting the requirements of my students and resolving their issues. I assure my students that the classes will be great experience for them which will help to make them feel better and more connected to themselves.
