I’m a corporate Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Chartered Quantity Surveyor of Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka and a corporate member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS, CQS). I received my B.Sc.(Hons) in Quantity Surveying degree from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka, and I have completed Msc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In additionally I do have Diploma in Arbitration from ICLP Sri Lanka and also I do have Higher Diploma in Information Technology from University of Colombo.

Currently Im practicing as a Procurement Specialist/ Contract Specialist role in my current organization. I do have experience in Contract administration, Public Procurement, Claims Management, Dispute Resolution, Prepare and scrutinize Bidding documents with related the local government requirements (As per the Procurement Manual, Guidelines and CIDA Act), Risk Management, Insurance claims Handling etc. Furthermore, I do have experience in ADB Guidelines and its contents.

I do have 5 years of experience in the area of lecturing and I have conducted nearly 600 lecturing hours. I do visiting lectures in the areas of Quantity Surveying, Construction Contract Administration, Construction Contract Law, Method of Measurement (NRM2), Construction Procurement, Dispute Resolution methods such as Arbitration, Adjudication, Mediation etc.

Great tuition
