I have done M. A. in Hindi and B.Ed. from Mumbai University. I have been teaching Hindi to students of various boards (CBSE, IB, IBDP, IGCSE, ICSE) and for various competitive exams like UPSC CIVIL SERVICES (Hindi Compulsory, Hindi Optional) etc. for more than 5 years.

I believe in focusing on the weakness of the student and turning them into their strength. I design my teaching methodology in accordance with the rules laid down by the relevant board and demand of the exam.

For a student who wants to learn the language or excel in exams, the most important thing to know are the demand of the exam and learning techniques. I specialize in such teaching techniques which assist students to express their ideas in better ways during exams.

Explaining the chapter in Hindi and English with enough examples, so it is easy to understand and learn. I give regular assignments for practice and lecture's handouts for effective revision. Focusing on grammar, reading and writing skills. Also solving previous years paper for higher grades. I try to make my teaching interactive and fun so students can ask their doubts and understand the language.

    ₹900–4,000/hour (US$10.70–47.57/hour)

    For One-to-one Lectures: Starting from Rs 1000 per hour depending on student level.
    For group tuitions fees are 20%-50% lesser per student for a group of 2-5.
    Please note: I teach students from grade 8th onwards.

Excellent teaching

While joining for tution, the knowledge of my son in Hindi language was poor. But with in a short apan of 1 month itself he shown remarkable improvement and it was purely due to sincere effort taken by Sony ma'am. Her teaching skill is excellent.

Excellent teacher

Ms. Saroj is an excellent teacher. Our son who is in the 10th std was able to improve his language skills, and his confidence with the subject has improved overall. She is friendly, and patient with the student, helps them to improve their confidence. Since we were not native to Hindi (since we are from South India), having a good teacher for Hindi was immensely helpful.

Excellent Teacher

She is an excellent teacher! Her teaching methods are great. She’s supportive and really knows how to motivate her students. Very clear and concise She provides both a great mix of listening, speaking and practical learning activities and a very safe, supportive learning environment. Great teacher

Her teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste your time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material.
