I start with basics of Physics because there is a vast difference between Board level and Jee/NEET, considering the level of student in mind, i see how to approach students and what methods and tricks are to be told to students .
In physics one requires the problem solving practice, hence i make sure that students get covered all the dimension and concepts and is able to solve question.
Having experince of 2 years, i have taught students from Board Level to Jee and Neet and many of them scored good marks in Physics.
