My Teaching Philosophy
In my view both educators and students should cooperate with each other to accomplish each other’s objectives. Educators have obligations to their students and students have obligations to their educators.
I, as an educator should help students as below:
• create a learning atmosphere,
• Knowledge that will be fruitful for not only for the sake of learning but, also the outside world,
• provide them constructive feedback for their betterment, and;
• raise their self-esteem so that, they gain confidence in themselves and become successful individuals in the future to come.
Students also have obligations to their educators. Their obligations will help me, as their educator to, fulfill my obligations to them. In this way, students’ obligations to educators are:
• respect others perspectives,
• be inclined to work hard,
• active involvement and participation in conversations and,
• Apply acquired knowledge to practical situations.
