I am Namrata Dedhia from Mumbai. .My Yoga journey began in 2017, Noticing substantial changes within myself encouraged me to delve deeper into the realm of Yoga.

As a Yoga Therapist I have worked with clients having lifestyle disorders like high blood pressure, thyroid, weight management, constipation, menopause, diabetes, and stress management, among other conditions. Through personalized sessions and compassionate guidance, I help clients find their balance, strength and inner peace. Witnessing the positive change in my clients' lives has fueled my dedication to this noble profession.

At present, I am driven by a strong curiosity in Pre and Post Natal Yoga therapy. Guiding and supporting pregnant women and new mothers find balance, strength, and serenity is my primary focus. By offering tailored yoga practices, I aim to enhance their physical well-being, emotional resilience, and overall maternal health.

My expertise includes Hatha yoga, which focuses on asanas (postures) with right alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques), as well as relaxation techniques for promoting deep relaxation and stress relief. Also hold experience in conducting Kriya Yoga, practices that help purify and detoxify the body internally. With a versatile approach to yoga, I possess skill in utilizing props like blocks, yoga belt, ropes resistance bands, and gym balls to enhance the practice. This ability showcases my adaptability in providing a comprehensive yoga experience that caters to client needs and preferences.

Additionally, I find immense joy and fulfillment in teaching Yoga to kid's. As a Kid's Yoga teacher I create a fun and engaging environment where children can explore the benefits of yoga through music, games, and mindfulness activities.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am proud to hold the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for successfully completing 1008 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) in 15 hours. This accomplishment reflects my dedication, discipline, and passion for pushing boundaries.

Furthermore, I am currently pursuing a Childbirth educator course from a renowned institution, aiming to expand my expertise and empower expectant mothers with valuable knowledge and care.

Highly knowledgable and great to work with!

I recently trained with Namrata for online prenatal yoga classes and had a great experience. The classes provided a great workout and helped me stay active and healthy during my pregnancy. Namrata was able to provide clear and concise instruction that was easy to follow and she showed interest in my specific needs and was able to provide thorough training. She helped me do breathing exercises which made me feel calmer and my favorite part of the class is the affirmations that she would read out. Overall, I would highly recommend her to any pregnant woman looking for a safe and convenient way to stay active and healthy during pregnancy.

Namrata is very professional and an excellent communicator. I’m her student at online classes from Australia. It’s been almost 2 months I have been taking classes, she pays attention to detail for every pose and explains its benefits and the outcome

Namrata’s classes always tackles individual problems very patiently whether it’s an ache in shoulder or just feeling overwhelmed with work. The techniques used are excellent and I was never asked to do more than I can handle! It’s a wonderful experience, and I’ve left every class with my mind and body feeling relaxed and stronger. Highly recommend!
