My methodology is called error modification. The student does past year IELTS tests and teaching is based on their results. If they score above their required band in any section, then no teaching will be conducted for that section. A great deal of emphasis is on writing which I have found to be most students weakness.
Of the more than 200 students that I have taught, my best students have achieved 8.5 and my worst 6.0. Then again she only needed a 5.5.
I teach both IELTS Academic and General Training.

The band score of my latest student was Listening 9.0, Reading 9.0 Speaking 8.5 Writing 7.0. Overall 8.5
