I teach yoga asanas for weight loss, backaches, knee pains, and various other health concerns and according to the student's requirements and their body type. I teach pranayama, meditation, and breathing exercises for stress relief, mental peace & concentration. I also specialize in therapy for various health concerns. I help in the practice of Kriyas(cleaning process/detox), Jyoti trataka-eye exercises/cleaning.
I am a very hardworking and patient trainer, so I will make sure my students/clients achieve their desired results. I make sure yoga is inculcated as a lifestyle that will include diet suggestions from me, so I can ensure good results. I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years and I am currently taking classes too.
