I am a registered chemist by profession but I do love imparting knowledge to everyone. I am interested in Science in general and I want to utilize my skills and expertise in this aspect through sharing and teaching. I aim to support students with leveraging technology while facilitating the student's growth as well as mine. I am curious and empathic, placid and persevering. As an educator, I am more of a demonstrator and facilitator at the same time. I believe that learning is a two-way process. As a teacher, you have the authority over the lessons and knowledge to be taught but you also have to learn about the students and assess yourself along the way. It is the teacher's responsibility to assess whether he/she is effective in transferring knowledge and then be flexible, otherwise.
