I have teaching experience of 5 years in instrumentation and control related topics. I am working as an assistant manager in Instrument and Control engineering department since 6 years. I impart training to newly joined trainees and also give training to college students. I first teaches them theoritical and then co-relate all the theories with practical. Since, my day to day job includes the subject/theories that what I teaches. This make my knowledge in this field increasing day by day. I have knowledge in various fields like:
1) Control System (Honeywell/ Yokogowa Distributed Control System), Emergency Shutdown System, PID tuning of various close loop controls,
2) Knowledge of field instruments like pressure, flow, level, temperature measurment using (DP type transmitters, ultrasonic transmitters, vortex for flow measurment, turbine flowmeter, coriolis flowmeter, level trolls, Guided Wave Radar). I have knowledge in instrument calibration and how to use HART protocol.
3) I have vast knowledge in Control Valve calibration, their parts like positoner, solenoid valve, I/P converter, etc. (Fisher, IL make, etc.)
4) I have knowledge in protection of rotary machine using vibration monitroring (Bently Nevada).

    I am working as an assistant manager in instrumentation and control department. I have to deal with the tuning of various control loops. The job includes the calibraion and maintainence of instruments. I have vast experience in various instruments for measurment i.e. pressure, flow, temperature, level using (delta pressure transmitters, pad type transmitters, ultrasonic trasnsmitter, vortex flow meter, level troll, etc.). I have to deal and do the modification of control logics in Honeywell & Yokogowa Distributed Control System (DCS) and Emergency Shudown System (ESD). I have experience in giving training to newly joined trainees to our company.
