My tenure at this esteemed institution has been a transformative period, providing me with invaluable experiences that have significantly contributed to my growth as an educator. The challenges encountered throughout my time at the school have been viewed as opportunities, each one enriching my career in teaching. The work experience, tasks, and responsibilities undertaken during this period include:

• Exam Preparation for Edexcel IGCSE and International A Level: I played a vital role in preparing students for the Edexcel IGCSE examination and Edexcel International A Level (Year 12) for Business. This involved thorough past paper revision and evaluation to ensure their readiness.
• Creation of Examination Papers: I took the initiative to prepare end-of-term, Mini Mock, and Mock examination papers, meticulously aligning them with the assessment objective (AO 1-4) requirements set by the Edexcel Board.
• Evaluation and Grading of Student Work: My responsibilities included the thorough evaluation and grading of students' classwork, assignments, and papers, ensuring a fair and constructive assessment.
• Assessment, Monitoring, and Reporting: I consistently assessed, monitored, recorded, and reported on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned students, ensuring personalized support and effective communication with parents.
• Mentoring for External Exams: I provided mentorship and guidance to students preparing for Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and A Level external exams, facilitating their academic success.
• Pastoral Care and Form Teacher Responsibilities: Over the span of ten years, since 2013, I served as a Form teacher, offering pastoral care and support to Year 9 (KS3), Year 10, and Year 11 (KS4) students in accordance with the pastoral system of the school.
In addition to the aforementioned roles, I actively participated in various extra-curricular activities, holding roles such as KS4 Business subject coordinator, Teacher-in-charge of School play backstage discipline, Adjudicator for Junior school choir competitions, Junior and Infant school choir selection committee member, School anniversary celebration committee member, and Teacher-in-charge of the school awards day prize table for the years 2022 and 2018.
These experiences collectively reflect my dedication to education, my commitment to student development, and my active involvement in the broader school community.
