Hi I am Warisha ...passionate about teaching online. I teach at the level of the students which is known as hybird stye. I try to understand their barriers in learning language or comprehending the text. I believe in student centered learning use questioning methodology to evoke their interest in lesson .I encourage them to be creative and appreciate them well. I make use of latest technique to assess their understanding .I give them assignments that are joyous and does not bore them. I teach in a relax mood and does not stress students either motivate them .I make students to be open with me and ask questions freely. I am very organized,prefer to prepare my lesson plans before hand. I have good command over my subject .I can explain difficult course material in easy day to day language. I am very punctual .I try to incorporate teaching aids when necessary. Teaching aids affects the learning process. As a teacher I act as a facilitator and engage students in their learning. My students are always satisfied and received appreciation when results are shown.
