I have done my MSc( yoga Therapy). Started my yoga carrier at the age of 13. Competed national and international and won gold & silver. I worked in china as a yoga therapist/Coach for a year . Now i'm available in Coimbatore to teach yoga.

My teaching level (basic/intermediate/advance) . You can approach me to learn (weigh loss, yoga therapy for (knee pain,back pain,PCOD,asthma, diabetes), Pranayama, rhyme yoga, sleep techniques, advance level yoga, yoga for kids, chair yoga). According to client specification the specific practices also provided .
