As a Canada Board Accredited 150-hour TEFL/TESOL teacher and a certified Business English coach, I have experience teaching students of all ages, particularly working professionals who need Business English and soft skills training. -English Level Beginner to Intermediate (A1-B2) will be covered as required. Each session consists of 1 hour of grammar, interactive conversation activities and discussions focused on increasing vocabulary, improving sentence construction and boosting confidence. Number of classes each month is 12 and will be conducted thrice a week.
-In case of specific coaching for school/university, a prior conversation with the teacher needs to be made to discuss about your or your ward's board of learning, curriculum, class requirements and class settings.

This course is designed to enhance your business communication skills, helping you excel in professional interactions. We'll cover everyday conversations, key vocabulary, practical phrases, and industry jargon, all aimed at making you a confident and effective communicator in any business scenario. Here's a brief overview of the course:

Introduction & Needs Analysis: Identify individual or group needs to customize lesson plans.
Core Modules: Focus on business vocabulary, functional phrases, and cultural awareness.
Skill Enhancement Activities: Develop conversational skills, small talk, and activities like role-playing and presentations.
Advanced Communication: Learn presentation skills, persuasion techniques, and meeting etiquette.
Customer Interaction: Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Engagement Tools: Utilize interactive quizzes, breakout room sessions, and online whiteboards.

In case of a group set-up, we'll also set up a WhatsApp group for post-class doubts and real-time troubleshooting during work hours, using voice messages for easy communication.

NOTE:
Total number of sessions will be 24 spread over a course of 2 months. Sessions will be taken thrice per week as per your covenience in the weekdays (No Weekends). Incase of a missed session, that session can be adjusted any day in the span of those 2 months (including Saturdays). Once the date of the second month has passed, no adjustments of any missed sessions will be made.

During your course, as your coach I'll be at your disposal on Whatsapp text any time you have a real time doubt or query in English.
