I am a confident and enthusiastic teacher who would like to learn through teaching. According to me, the prior importance should be given to the approach we take to study anything. My teaching style will be adaptable based on the students' learning ability and I am confident enough to cater to the needs of the individual. I believe in concept based education, but at the same time, can deal with deadline oriented study style too. I have a special style to deal with those who find it difficult to study Mathematics. My methodology of teaching involves descriptive explanation of the concepts along with a number of examples, teaching the student how to frame a question, which would help in getting the concept clear- an idea of reverse learning, that is, studying the concept with specific target to develop the skill of asking relevant questions. The results of having taught over the years include, a huge lot of students who started loving the subject and started scoring much better than they used to, initially- all credits to them, for their efforts.
