I have 17+ years of experience in training field. I have Diploma of Website Development and Diploma of VET and TDD, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In addition, I have successfully attended workshops on The Success Accelerator, Perform at your Best, The Success Breakthrough, Eat that Frog (Time Management Coaching) and Sales Success Intensive (How to sell more, faster and easier, in any market).

During my work tenure in Evocca, my work responsibilities were included to facilitate the students via SKYPE, prompt reply via social media to their online queries and arranging Webinars. This is my key strength which fulfills the requirements of the tutor position.

My Half Yearly Appraisal Performance was always 100% during my work tenure with Evocca. I was assessed based on recording students information, marking assessments on time, preparing results, answering students queries on time, providing quality learning experience via SKYPE and Webinars and much more.

I had worked in a Compliance team with Evocca and possessed skills to legally and accurately documentation of the information, understanding to government structure and its policies and procedures.

Through the completing of my Diploma in Web Technologies together with my role as a trainer, I have acquired strong skills to use MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and web tools including searching protocols to identify relevant information from social media, sites, blogs, forums, and websites.

My trainer role in different RTO's required me to liaise with many students from a
diverse range of cultures, either through face-to-face facilitation, over SKYPE/Phone or via email. I have developed strong interpersonal and communication skills through daily dealings with clients and colleagues as well as deal with complex inquiries.

My role at Evocca best demonstrates my ability to learn quickly the compliance requirements along with my trainer role. In all of my roles undertaken so far, I have demonstrated a desire to acquire new knowledge wherever possible. I have always volunteered to undertake short courses and attend seminars.
