I teach students in different way by knowing the foundation of students where they are laying and then I start to teach according to their understanding level. I engaged students in my teaching in such a friendly environment so that they may ask any question feeling free without any hesitation. Most importantly I motivate students about their study, I believe that motivation works like a food. Motivation plays very important role in students study to keep them committed to their studies.I keep Students in touch with study by giving them small tasks and do help them on daily basis. I know the tricks and techniques how to involve students in their study. I can engage students to take the desired results. I have also studied child psychology which help me to attain students concentration during lecture.
