Methodology : Deductive to inductive, formative assessment and direct method. Results: Firstly work on students mind in order to develop his/her interest towards studies. If he is interested in studies, I believe he/she will produce better results. Little encouragement and motivation should be given to students. Constructive feedback is provided after marking to highlight their flaws . Facilitating students in all possible manners to improve their writing expression and in terms of achieving academic excellence. Building vocabulary exercises along with list of Idioms given to students for academic response and helping students to achieve coherent writing. Insertion of punctuation marks properly and helping the students to be concise and specific to the question statement. Proper guidance to create vivid image though writing by involving sensory details. Assisting students to attempt narrative writing question based on its features, guiding them about how to add twist in a story and how to make climax interesting and confusing. Assessment criteria as follows: Assignments, identification of key feature of writing from model response, quiz, oral and written assessments are the basic techniques that I use to know about students progress.
