I use my personal methodology for students throught their condition and skills. Especially every month I am doing a motivational session for each students..As well as not only focus on syllubus also guide student to study well and time managements to enhance their knowledge. In addition every moths there is a quize with small MCQ paper.. Finally my teaching style will be change with student's improvement cycle. Make they habitts to reading extra books, journals, articles and train them to write their own masterpiece in near future. And every time keep in touch with them. As a undergraduate with my four year experience both in motherland as well as Japan clearly I know how to guide a students with possitive chalanges to enhancing their quality to education as well as for their future success.
