I teach with teaching aids, audio-visual, real life objects, experimentation and project work. I involve students in teaching learning process for life long learning, So that learning can be life long. I always try to teach with the help of learning by doing method. I hate rote memorization. I never say my student to rote a particular topic. I always stress on understanding the topic for deep knowledge. For example- If I have to teach parts of plant to the student then I will show two types of roots, taproots and fibrous roots of different plants. When I teach to class 5 adjectives in Hindi then I will show different types of real life objects and side by side students will also collect more different types of objects related to topic. So, that concept should be cleared to students with learning by doing method. I hate chalk and talk method(lecture) of teaching. I provide worksheets and assignments to students for quick revision and for better understanding of topic. I can teach Hindi subject bilangually specially for non-Hindi states.
