As a Clinical Psychologist with a rich background as a Learning Support Assistant, I bring a comprehensive approach to child development and mental health. My role involves working closely with the administrative team to manage assessments, develop detailed reports, and create therapeutic plans tailored to each child's needs. I supervise therapists, ensuring they are effectively implementing treatment plans and monitoring each child’s progress. Additionally, I am responsible for teaching and training therapists in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care. My experience in conducting psychological tests, interviewing patients, and developing successful treatment processes enables me to support children in reaching their full potential while providing expert guidance to the therapeutic team.
