I have 8 years of teaching experiences. I will design personalised study materials based on the student's progress. Different tools will be used to enhance students' understanding such as games, PowerPoint, flashcards, etc. Monthly assessments will be provided to tackle students' weaknesses. Tailored training/revision will be done based on the results of their monthly assessments. Besides, an additional online education platform containing more than 60,000 questions and teaching videos will be shared with students to help them familiarize themselves with the exam format. I will modify the teaching style according to the students' level and subjects. I will use songs, movies or stories together with textbooks, PowerPoint when I am teaching conversation class. On the other hand, I will use picture or drawing techniques to improve the understanding of students when I am teaching primary level students. I will set a milestone for student and work together with the student to achieve the milestone within the timeframe. I am a strict tutor, whereby I will ask a lot of questions during the class to ensure the students understand what they are learning during the class. I also prefer to have communication or discussion with the students and parents. With that, I can understand students needs and try to improve and strengthen their performance.
