She was not making the payment after given one demo and 2 sessions.
Dear TeacherOn Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding a recent incident with a student, which has led to an unfair review on my profile. I have been a dedicated teacher on your platform since 2019 and have always strived to provide excellent service to my students.
Initially, the student and I had agreed on having two sessions per week. However, she began insisting on having a session at 6 pm Australian time on Saturdays, which unfortunately is a time slot I am unable to accommodate due to my online teaching commitments. We then reached a compromise and agreed on having four sessions for the month of August.
The problem arose when the student started making numerous calls, which caused disruptions during my ongoing online teaching sessions. Regrettably, I was unable to receive her calls at that time. When we discussed finding an alternate time on Saturdays, I informed her that I could only provide lessons at 7pm on saturdays. Nonetheless, she rejected this suggestion, leading me to believe that she was uncertain about her preferences.
In our agreement, it was decided that she would transfer the payment for the eight sessions after completing two sessions. Unfortunately, she has not fulfilled this promise and has not made any payment to date. As a result of her indecisiveness and failure to follow through with the agreed payment terms, I felt compelled to block her in order to safeguard myself from potential scams.
I kindly request that you delete this false review from my profile, considering my strong track record and the evidence of my past payments and positive reviews. I have always held professionalism and integrity in high regard throughout my time as a teacher on TeacherOn, and it is disheartening to receive an unjust review that tarnishes my hard-earned reputation.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I greatly appreciate your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.
Sincerely,
Faraz Hassan
