I have been working as a Researcher, Project Manager, and teacher for ten years now. I love to work with school or college or university-going students and help them in completing their project works or thesis. My methodology of teaching has been using critical thinking and examples while explaining any concept. I try to push my students into understanding and imbibing learning within themselves. I act more like a guide and philosopher to my students. After completing my Ph.D. in Sociology I worked as a freelancer for quite some time. During that period I worked with several organizations as a subject matter expert in Sociology. I have published several papers on education, aging, and knowledge management with International Publications, I have also co-authored a book on the education ecosystem using social technologies. Currently, I am working as a Project Manager in a social enterprise based out of Kolkata.
