i treat them kindly and get the work done i believe in motivation and not in punishment
i take in group also and one to one also
i dont believe in giving home works as the students and parents dont follow it
i make them understand in the class and train them to be independent
given a chance can prove myself and make them inclined towards the tutor and learning
proved so far to more than 100 students in my 20 years journey of teaching
