My Ph.D. is in the field of Design and development of control systems for Electric Vehicles. I have strong Experience in Design and Development of Embedded Software with focus on Implementation and Testing for Instrumentation and Control Systems. Main projects include the following: 1. Development of mission critical embedded software on different hardware. The Embedded software is being interfaced through VisualC++ and LabWindows CVI applications using a synchronous serial communication protocol. 2. Reset detection and communication implementation flight control computer based on TMS 360 DSP processor in mission critical Aerial Robotics embedded software. 3. Design and development of mission critical software on TMS 360 DSP Processor. Development environment for code development was code compose studio. This project includes design and development of test cases for the qualification of embedded software using hardware in loop testing. The Embedded software is being interfaced through LabWindows CVI applications using a synchronous serial communication protocol. 4. Porting of a closed loop 6-dof Simulink Simulation on an Intel-8086 system for Real-Time Execution Analysis using eCos. The code was compiled using GNU ‘g++’ and debugged using GNU ‘gdb’. 5. Driver Development for National Instruments (NI)-DAQ Digital I/O (PCI based) card and QUATECH Serial I/O (PCI based) cards on an Intel 586-Engine using eCos RTOS. 6. Embedded Software Development, Implementation and Testing on TERN 586-Engine and AMD-V.25 (C/C++ based Micro Controllers). Followed Model based design process “The V-Cycle” 7. Design and development embedded software on PC 104 single board computer and MSP430. 8. Application Development in VisualC++ for different Ethernet and RS232 based Real Time Embedded Software Testing Tools, GUI developments, Data filtering & Analysis Tools. 9. Design and development of test cases for embedded system hardware and software qualification using XPC target running on industrial computers. 10. Communication protocol design and implementation of Aerial Robotics. 11. Interfacing and testing of many real time sensors like gyro, accelerometers etc. 12. Optimization of algorithms using timing analysis in hardware in Loop simulations. 13. MATLAB/SIMULINK coding and simulations development. 14. Arduino code development for university students.
