I use hindi stories, poems, essays, little grammar and speaking with them about their everyday life that helps them start speaking in hindi fluently and faster.
I talk with them and understand their challange part and the field where they need to use hindi. I help them to overcome their hesitation to speak in hindi. Initially I read they listen. Then we both read in a common language (english or bengali) and I make them try to figure out the meaning. Then correction in pronounciation. Finally I give them lot of practice in speaking Hindi.
